Regional center of Presidential Library named after Boris Yeltsin opened in Murmansk
At the Murmansk regional library the regional center of the Presidential Library named after Boris Yeltsin was opened within an agreement signed between the government of the Murmansk region and the Presidential Library. The Arctic strategy of Russia is among center’s top priorities. Center is to digitalize unique documents of local studies and to cooperate with regional libraries and state archive of the Murmansk region. Governor Marina Kovtun mentioned in her welcoming speech that center is yet another step towards Murmansk region integration to the all-Russian information space.
