- assisting citizens in finding a suitable job;
- assisting employers in finding suitable employees;
- providing career guidance;
- providing psychological support for unemployed citizens;
- organizing vocational training and additional vocational education of unemployed citizens, including training in another area;
- organizing paid public works;
- assisting citizens in moving and relocating to another area for employment;
- organizing temporary employment of minors, unemployed citizens experiencing difficulties in finding a job, unemployed graduates within a year from the date of issuance of their education and qualification documents;
- ensuring the social adaptation of unemployed citizens in the labor market;
- assisting the employment of disabled people;
- assisting entrepreneurial activities of unemployed citizens;
- organizing and holding special events on grouping of the unemployed;
- organizing job fairs and training jobs;
- informing about the situation on the labor market in the region;
- determining the list of priority professions (specialties) for professional training of citizens.
- issuing conclusions on the involvement and use of foreign workers;
- assisting employers in attracting labor resources as part of the implementation of regional programs to increase the mobility of labor resources.
*All services to unemployed citizens are provided free of charge.
Implements a number of projects and programs:
- the state program of the Murmansk region Employment and Labor;
- the regional project Work Nearby aimed at organizing temporary socially useful work for the employment of unemployed citizens, students and minors aged 14 to 18 years;
- the regional project Heading North implementing the functions of the support and recruitment service. The project is aimed at a comprehensive solution to the problem of personnel shortage of employers in the Murmansk region in order to attract qualified specialists to budget organizations in our region.
Control is carried out over the employment of disabled people within the established quota, ensuring state guarantees in the field of employment of the population.
