Socially oriented non-profit organizations operating in the fields of social services and social protection of citizens are provided with financial support, including on a competitive basis. More than 20 million rubles (per year) are allocated for these purposes.
Organizations that are included in the register of social service providers of the Murmansk region, do not participate in the fulfillment of a state order, and provide social services in accordance with individual programs, are compensated the costs. The amount of compensation was more than 200 million rubles (per year).
Subsidies are provided to socially oriented non-profit organizations to reimburse the costs of rehabilitation services provided to persons who consume narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for non-medical purposes. 0.4 million rubles were allocated for these purposes (in 2022).
Information and methodological work is carried out on a regular basis, within the framework of the School of Social Business project.
Thus, in the sphere of social services and social protection of the population, a system has been formed to ensure access of non-governmental organizations to budget funds for the provision of services.
