Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of budget expenditures directed to financial support for the provision (performance) of public services (works) of state regional institutions. Analysis of the cost of paid services (works) related to the main activities of state regional budgetary institutions.
Promoting the development of international and foreign economic relations, cross-border, interregional cooperation
Performance of the function of the authorized executive body of the state authority of the Murmansk region in the field of international and foreign economic relations.
Formation and coordination of the implementation of mechanisms for the development of the social sphere in terms of attracting the non-state sector in the provision of social services to the population
Implementation, within its powers, of measures to realize, ensure and protect consumer rights in the areas referred to the competence of the Ministry.
