The main tasks of the Ministry are
Formation and implementation of state policy, statutory regulation
Formation and implementation on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Murmansk region of the state policy in the field of property and land relations on the territory of the Murmansk region; statutory regulation in the field of state property management of the Murmansk region, including the field of land relations; representation in judicial bodies of the rights and legitimate interests of the Murmansk region within the competence.
Effective management and disposal of state-owned property of the Murmansk region, including land plots
- achieving the optimal composition and structure of the state property of the Murmansk region;
- ensuring the relevance of the register of state property of the Murmansk region;
- provision of public services for the disposal of regional property, including land plots;
- control over the disposal, intended use and safety of regional property.
Interaction with territorial bodies of federal executive authorities and local self-government bodies on
- issues of providing property support to small and medium-sized businesses;
- the reception-transfer of the released military property to municipal ownership;
- the privatization of municipal property;
- the provision of land plots to large families in ownership for gardening and individual housing construction.
