The Head of the region congratulated managing director of the Murmansk branch of the General Consulate of Finland in Saint-Petersburg and all the staff with their national holiday. “Our region has a common geographical border with Finland, as well as history and traditionally close economic and cultural ties. Long-term cooperation is an example of good neighborhood, based on friendship and partnership, trust and mutual respect”, said Marina Kovtun. The Governor made en emphasis that there is no doubt that confidential relations will develop and become more strengthened further. “We are proud to have such a good neighbors. Thanks for your experience and responsible attitude towards our joint projects”, - pointed out Marina Kovtun. The Governor presented Martti Ruokokoski memo and a gift.
