Today minister of economic development of the region Elena Tikhonova held a meeting with delegation of Norwegian MFA postgraduates. “Murmansk region has a long-standing relationship with Norway. Annually delegations of Norwegian MFA postgraduates visit Murmansk and we do appreciate this opportunity of living talk and converse”, highlighted Elena Tikhonova.
