Murmansk region took part in the competitive selection among Russian Federation subjects to get financial support from the federal budget. Consequently project on creation of cluster development center received support on a federal level. The main goal of the center is to create a conducive environment for cooperation between small and midsize enterprises, educational and research institutions, non-government organizations, regional and municipal authorities and investors.
