January 19-25 Kirovsk will host a traditional international snow and ice sculpting festival “Snegoled”. There is going to be more than 35 participants in the festival, including artists from Russia, Norway, Finland and Latvia. On January 24 at 17 pm at the central square of Kirovsk the “Mad Saw” show is going to take place. During the show artists will create works of art with just snow and ice. The festival is organized by the “Snow village” touristic center with the support of regional government, Ministry of economic development of the region and Kirovsk municipal administration.
