The Governor of the region Marina Kovtun supported the idea. Marina Kovtun gave instructions to the Chairman of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports Svetlana Naumova to develop proposals on setting up a branch of adaptive sports on a base of Sports Training Center within a month. And that is no such thing as a "limited capabilities”. We are all equal, " Marina Kovtun said in a conversation.
