Today the city of Severomorsk during official ceremony was granted the largest copy of the Victory Banner. The ceremony was organized with the participation of the Great Patriotic War veterans and Northern Fleet officers. On behalf of the Governor of the Murmansk region vice-governor Igor Babenko congratulated all gathered at the ceremony.
