Kolarctic ENPI CBS Joint monitoring committee held a working meeting in Murmansk. Delegation of the Murmansk region was headed by first vice-governor Alexey Tyukavin. Annual report of 2015 was approved and preliminary evaluations of the efficiency of the program were outlined during the meeting.
