Tromsø hosts Tromsø International Film Festival (TIFF) for the 28th time this year. Program of the festival includes around 100 documentary, feature and animated films including documentary by Svetlana Bokova (“REC.A” studio, Murmansk) “Way to the Arctic”. The film is to be shown during the festival on January 20 and 21.
