First deputy governor of the Murmansk region Alexey Tyukavin took part in the annual international conference “Arctic Frontiers” held in Tromsø. At the international forum issues of economic development, transport and environmental safety of the Arctic are traditionally at the top of the agenda.
During the visit to Tromsø Alexey Tyukavin held meetings with the chair of Troms County Government Willy Ørnebakk and delegation of the Norwegian Fishermen's Association and participated in the regional forum “The Regional dimension of the Circumpolar Arctic”.
