Today the Minister of transport of Russia Maxim Sokolov and the Governor of the Murmansk region Marina Kovtun launched the beginning of the foundations of the coal transshipment complex “Lavna” by conducting the ceremony of laying a time capsule.
“Lavna” terminal is one of the key parts of the Complex development of the Murmansk transport hub project. “Lavna” project implies construction of modern port facility for coal transshipment and a railroad along the western shore of the Kola Bay.
