State and municipal employees of the Murmansk region improved their skills in the digital economy among the first in Russia. About 300 people upgraded their skills by taking a course on «Fundamentals of the digital transformation and digital economy: technology and competence». This course is aimed primarily at increase transparency of the authorities’ work. The program was developed by the Digital Transformation Executives Training Center of the Russian Presidential academy of national economy and public administration RANEPA.
The acting Governor Andrey Chibis outlined the relevance of digital solutions and the need for their implementation in the practical work of government personnel, especially in the field of urban management.
The training of highly qualified personnel for the digital economy is one of the goals of national project with the same name. The Murmansk region is the second Russian region, whose management teams improved skills in this area.
Over the course of a few days management teams of the region completed a course of lectures and practical training.
