Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic has launched an open call for the Arctic projects to receive state support for the creation of infrastructure in the spheres of energy and power supply, roads construction and others. The selection is to be finalized by June 1, 2020.
New projects designed for the Russian Arctic and with the investment amount of no less than 300 mln rubles aiming at construction or modernization of infrastructure are eligible for the state subventions. Subvention is to be up to 20% of the investment amount.
Selection criteria also include creation of new jobs as well as conditions for socio-economic development. The company seeking the subvention is to be registered in the Russian Arctic.
