Governor Andrey Chibis congratulated northerners on the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of the establishment of the Murmansk region.
Governor noted that everyone has their own way to the North and in the North and that the Murmansk region unites people and helps to develop a strong northern character – honest, principled and trustworthy.
In his address Governor highlighted the contribution of the region and its people to the development of Russia.
