International conference “Logistics in the Arctic” took place for the 10th time

The X international conference “Logistics in the Arctic” today took place online for the first time.

Topics of the conference agenda are traditional – technical and technological support of the Northern sea route and the development of transport and logistics infrastructure in the Arctic. The agenda includes issues related to the digitalization of shipping processes and software products. Thus, Atomflot presented a new unified ship management center on the Northern sea route. Participants of the conference discussed how port enterprises are developing.

The main goal of the event is to keep an open dialogue between logistics service providers, industry and government. This year the conference gathered more than 50 participants from Russia, Norway, Finland and Netherlands.

The event organized by the “Association of Contractors of Arctic Project “Murmanshelf” and the Government of the Murmansk Region.
