According to experts, 8 out of 10 governors of the “new wave” continue to be evaluated by a wide pool of experts as meeting high standards. It is already possible to fix the stability of the main composition of the heads of the “new wave”. This indicates a well-built system of selection and training of personnel for the governor's corps, the effectiveness of regional leaders and their openness to society.
The top 10 heads of regions also included the governors of the Transbaikal krai and Kamchatka, Amur, Belgorod, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk regions and Sevastopol federal city.
